This Lister-Sink Method was designed to convey the following knowledge, in age and level appropriate styles:

• How to teach this knowledge in a step-by-step way through carefully
  designed exercises, from the simplest to the most complex movements, so that
  learning progresses smoothly and efficiently
• How to apply this ability to use the body most efficiently to music, from
  simplest to most complex
